Therapeutic Massage –
A combination of Deep Tissue, MyoFascial Release, and Swedish Massage techniques applied to specific muscles or areas of the body to address pain, restricted range of motion, impaired function, or to facilitate physical therapy. Generally 45, 60, or 90 minute sessions, but can work in as little as 30 minute sessions for isolated issues or up to 90 or 120 minute sessions for more global issues.
MyoFascial Release – works only with the fascia, releasing adhesions and restrictions to address pain, restricted range of motion, impaired function, or to facilitated physical therapy and rehab. 15, 30, and 45 minute (for multiple areas) sessions.
Relaxation Massage –
A combination of Swedish Based massage techniques, including effleurage (long smoothing motions), petrissage (kneading), and other gentle techniques. This massage addresses either the whole body, or broader body areas, to facilitate relaxation, stress relief, or support healing. It does not anticipate much specific work, or to address problem areas. 60, 75, or 90 minute sessions.
Specific techniques applied to the hands (or feet). Excellent for relaxation and stress relief, but also facilitates healing throughout the body. You will remain fully clothed for your Reflexology session. 20, 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions
