Reiki I
This two day course offers and introduction to Reiki, a technique for channeling universal energy (i.e., reiki) in the form of qi (Japanese: ki) through the palms, allowing for self-healing and a state of equilibrium. Learn the history of Reiki, basic hand positions for treating yourself and others, and how to feel and use the energy flowing within all living things. You will also learn ethics related to the use of Reiki, and receive the Reiki I Attunement, a Certificate of Completion and a manual.
$200.00 - with discounts when the class size reaches 3 and 5 people.
Reiki II
In this two and a half day workshop, you will briefly review what you've learned in Reiki I, practice working with the energy flowing within all living things, learn the Reiki symbols and how to use them, the practical aspects of offering Reiki to clients, and review the Ethics of energy work. You will receive the Reiki II Attunement, a Certificate of Completion and a manual. $250.00
Meditation Workshops
In a small group setting, during weekly sessions, you will have the opportunity to discuss the specific purposes of several different meditations, enjoy the meditation as I lead it, and then share your experiences.
